Under Nevada sports betting law, residents and visitors alike may bet online. As the traditional home of sports betting in the US, Nevada operated for decades as the only jurisdiction with full-fledged sports betting due to the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 ( PASPA).
